Make Sure You Complete The GWA Survey -- To Benchmark For Optimal Profitability
GWA Executive Director Jamie Russo has announced the launching of the 8th Annual industry Financial Study -- a 10-minute anonymous survey to be shared with all respondents in May -- and a super tool for leading-edge Serviced Workspace Operators who want to benchmark and optimize for greater profitability.
The GWA just launched it's 8th Shared Workspace Industry Survey. The survey is designed to provide benchmarks for shared workspace operators with a specific focus this year on analyzing profitability by workspace type (private office/dedicated desks/open plan coworking) which I know is front of mind for many of you. The data is only useful with a large sample size. The survey is completely anonymous (no name/company name) and being managed by a 3rd party researcher. The GWA will be sharing the detailed report in May that will help you benchmark your business and make data-driven decisions. If you sit down with a printed version of your 2016 P&L, it'll take 10 minutes to fill out. If you have multiple locations, you can choose to only report on one or all.
